Magnetic Ink Mixing Rollers are lightweight aluminium rollers fitted with magnetic inserts on both ends that rotate freely inside the ink tray to continuously agitate printing ink. Constant ink movement prevents pigment sedimentation and maintains a uniform ink viscosity, ensuring consistent colour density and improved ink transfer throughout the production run.
