Product Overview
Mapple Corona Dyne Test – Imported is specially developed for checking the surface energy of corona-treated plastic films before printing or coating. The pen contains solvent-based test ink that is applied using a precision fiber tip. If the ink forms a continuous line on the substrate, the surface treatment is sufficient for proper ink adhesion. If the line breaks into droplets or retracts, additional surface treatment may be required.
The pen is suitable for testing plastic films, metallized films, and printed films, making it an essential quality control tool for flexible packaging, gravure printing, flexographic printing, laminating, extrusion coating, and converting industries. Its lightweight plastic body and easy-to-use design allow operators to perform fast and reliable surface energy testing directly on the production floor.
