Product Overview
Dyne Test Ink is specially formulated to determine the surface energy of corona-treated plastic films and substrates. During testing, the ink is applied to the material surface using a suitable applicator or cotton swab. If the ink spreads evenly for the required duration, the substrate has achieved the desired dyne level. If the ink beads up or retracts, additional surface treatment may be required before printing or lamination.
Available in 22 to 70 dynes/cm, Dyne Test Ink is widely used in flexographic printing, gravure printing, flexible packaging, label manufacturing, plastic film production, laminating, extrusion coating, and converting industries. It offers a simple, accurate, and economical solution for checking surface treatment and maintaining consistent production quality.
