Product Overview
A Dyne Test Pen is designed to quickly measure the surface energy (dyne level) of plastic films and other substrates after corona, flame, or plasma treatment. By simply drawing a line on the material surface, users can determine whether the substrate has achieved the required dyne level for proper ink adhesion and coating performance. If the ink remains continuous, the surface treatment is adequate; if it breaks into droplets, additional treatment may be required.
Dyne Test Pens are widely used in flexible packaging, gravure printing, flexographic printing, label manufacturing, plastic film production, laminating, extrusion, and industrial converting applications. At Octagon Solutions, we supply both Mapple Corona Dyne Test – Imported and Mapple Corona Dyne Test - Indian, allowing customers to choose the most suitable option based on their application and budget. These pens provide quick, reliable, and easy-to-use surface testing for quality control during production.
